Panchan Dances for Billy

Inspired by "Let Me Be Me", this is SC's concept of Panchan at age sixteen. I was tossing around the idea for a sequel, where Peter and Billy are both teens (and eventually fall in love). I wanted to write a scene where Peter dances for Billy at the coming-of-age party the other pirates throw for him, and SC drew this in response. I love her outfit so much that I will make sure Panchan wearsit if I write the sequel.
