To install Chat Bubbles

1.  Attach the "chat_toolbar" (11304:7) script to the "chat_system" (11302:4) template

DEFAULT CONFIGURATION

chat_toolbar
    Display toolbar (0/1, default 1)
        If 1, toolbar is displayed
    Display channel select (0/1, default 1)
        If 1, channel selection button is available on toolbar
    Display size buttons (0/1, default 1)
        If 1, min/normal/max buttons may be displayed on toolbar
            Buttons will respect chat_skins settings
            No buttons if skin cannot be changed by player
            Min/Normal/Max only visible if corresponding skin is enabled
    Display current channel (0/1, default 1)
        If 1, current channel name is displayed on toolbar
    Display pause button (0/1, default 1)
        If 1, pause/unpause button is available on toolbar
    Display skin select (0/1, default 1)
