The Tempus Clan Pandora was actually an idea in the making for several years before the clan was actually founded. Java and Corinth (being brother and sister irl) played tempus mainly as a way to keep in touch over long distances. However, with the clan policies and structures on tempus, it was difficult to keep an entire group of friends (of varying gens levels and classes) all in one clan, and on one channel.

After the previous clan, Black Sun, closed it's doors, and the Family took on about half of Black Sun's previous members, Java and Corinth realized that the only way to get everyone in one place at one time, would be to start their own clan, with their own rules. Thus, the idea that they'd been kicking around for years became the clan pandora.

Several original members (most of the previous Black Sun clan) were offered open invitations, and inductions after that point have been done by nomination and unanimous clan vote. Pandora currently has about twenty active members and has grown into one of the most prominant clans on the game.

Our clan currently hosts the tri-monthly Panda Cup tournament, open to all players on the mud, and participates actively in many clan quests and other mud events. Two of our members are also current seat holders in the mortal council.
